What are your business hours?
Our website is open all year round. Our office hours are 8:30am – 5pm, Monday – Friday. Our office is closed on weekends and public holidays.
We are an overseas buyer, can we pay net of VAT?
Yes, if we arrange the shipping then VAT is excluded from the tower cost. If using your own shipping agent we would need to charge VAT before dispatch and will refund it less a small admin charge once we have received proof of export from your agent.

How to use a discount code?
